My TDEE is around 2140kcal a day.

I eat between 700-1200 daily but usually around 1000.
I also exercise daily burning between 300-600.

Is this considered low restriction? I've always thought this was high restriction but I saw a post a few days ago where people were talking about high restriction and eating around 1200-1600...

It’s whatever you consider to be high or low. It all depends on your weight to height anyway, and how active you are. Some people can eat 1,000 and that’s low restriction, while someone that’s like 5’0 would be considered high restriction. Obviously there’s flaw in what I said but I hope you get the idea. Xoxo

Under 600 is low for me and over 1,000 is high. Doesn’t make sense and it seems there is no one answer. These are just the numbers my head decided to focus on. Sometimes I’m okay with 1,400 calories while some days I can’t go over 800. If I were active, I’d consider under 1,000 low restriction probably but I’m lazy
