Tips for purging Silently?

My roommate is really lazy and literally NEVER leaves. Even worse, her bf usually visits on the weekends and they both sit their asses on the couch and watch tv for hours--right outside my room. I can't even purge in the shower anymore bc they heard me cough once through the door and got suspicious.

Help?

Easy slide-able foods? In layers. Like 6 foods, have 3 of them be like ice cream, cream of wheat, or soup? I find things that come up in clumps ( but not cause choking or coughing) are quietest. For me that's processed baked goods (donuts etc), potato chips, and fruit and cheese. If that's unappealing, Warm or hot water or tea works to make food softer to come up better than cold water. Also a base of lettuce or apples and some salad dressing brings it all up well too.

Hope it helps, please be as safe as possible!
