Which one works better for you?
I'm torn between doing some exercises daily and not doing so bc once I stopped exercising for a week and my weight started going down so much faster
I know it's weird. Can you please tell me about your experiences?:"

Restriction with exercise. I love exercising because it makes me feel better, healthier, and helps lose weight quicker. I do mainly cardio. I do intense elliptical sessions 5 times a week for about 45 minutes. And one day of light cardio which can entitle a lot. I also only eat around 500 calories 600-650 max.

Restrict and exercise is my go-to because exercise gets blood flowing and aids cognitive function and hair growth when they would otherwise slow down. I also find that it's more difficult to overeat when you've put in the effort of working out to burn calories.
